I would like to apologize again for transmitting this virus. As Aibek says, the best approach if you have already been infected is to run antivirus software. If you do not have any or it is unable to remove the virus, you can also search for the following two files:
FREE XXX LINKS RUNDLL.VBS
Do not click on them! Use Notepad to open and edit them. Just delete everything in each file. Close it. Delete it and immediately empty your trash.

Gentlemen,
Obviously, this is a virus activity. ISyE department has been hit once by this virus. It affects Windows users.
Do NOT open the attached Visual Basic script. Otherwise, it will infect your computer and start spreading forward now using your address book.
The solution to people with the infected computers would be to run antivirus software. If you haven't opened the attached file, simply remove the email.
Aibek.
