Moving SqF SqueakSource to box2

Hi Doug,

I know very little about SqueakSource and what it requires but I'm sure
I can help you get it transitioned over if you have the information
about what needs to be done.  You should be able to find me on IRC today
until at least 23:00 GMT if you have the time to work on this today.
Otherwise let me know when you have the time and we will work out
something.
