Hi Randal,
The optional SeasideAssistants package from the public VW store may
help. This optional package is also in squeaksource.com/Seaside. It can
detect nested forms and also duplicate ids.
Unfortunately it was for Seaside 2.7 and has not been upgraded to 2.8.
