AFAIK the Pharo Seaside30rc (
http://www.seaside.st/distributions/Seaside-3.0rc.app.zip) was based on the
latest source at the time it was created and based on an image automatically
built by Lukas's continuous build and test server (
http://hudson.lukas-renggli.ch/).
I imagine once Seaside 30 final is released the ConfigurationOfSeaside30
Metacello configuration will be updated to reflect the package versions in
the repository at the time of release. However there are others who are
better qualified than I to make that call....

As you mentioned, I noticed when I investigated Reza's welcome bug that the
Squeak Seaside30rc and the Pharo Seaside30rc are built from slightly
different versions of code from Seaside30 repository - which I think makes a
good case for agreeing a common Metacello configuration in the future.
