Er, I'm pretty sure that Michael's problem will be fixed by the fix I
posted earlier today, with the subject "[FIX] Opening Scamper with inboard
scrollbars".  The problem (hanging when opening Scamper, only with inboard
scrollbars) was caused by my hidden scrollbars changeset 2282. (sorry!)
