tried to follow your descriptions. It basically works in 
one case not with the newest versions (SBSqueakMap-nk.2.mcz
depends on StarBrowser-nk.28.mcz and not on the newer
StarBrowser-nk.30.mcz). 

Would be nice if the icon extension for Hierarchical
Lists could be factored out as a separate package on SqueakMap
so other tools are able to use it without loading StarBrowser.

Maybe it is also a candidate for the base squeak image.
