[SoC] Reminder: Summer of Code mid-term evaluations start today

Hi all,

this is a reminder for students and mentors that the period for mid-term evaluations starts today, Monday July 9th at 19:00 UTC.

You'll have to go to your GSoC app dashboard at http://code.google.com/soc/2007/ and log in. Once you're logged in, you'll find a link for the evaluation form.

Mentors will have until Monday July 16th at 19:00 UTC to complete their students evaluations, while students will have until Monday July 30th at 19:00 UTC to complete their mentors and orgs evaluations.
