What's unstable about the world menu -> image previewer stuff? ( By the way, Stephan Wessels has updated the Pattern Loader stuff I cribbed from, for 3.4 ).
Also, what about the changeset I submitted for the services that Form registers with FileList?

So I'm amending my mail from before. I now think the following things, though desirable, should not go into 3.4, because they're not stable enough yet - * Thierry Reignier's keyboard control of HierLists. * Torge.Husfeldt's ShrinkingSelection * Andres Valloud's LargeIntegerHash * Steve's lines in HierLists. * Brent Vukmers previewer in world menu. We should just notify the authors so they can make them ready for early 3.5a.

Stable as in "field tested" - no remark on quality of code or anything. Do note that we are in beta now - more or less only bugfixes go in. It will probably go into 3.5alpha, though I personally don't know what it is. :-)
Alpha is for throwing in new code, beta is for fixing bugs. IMHO. We have about 1 week to settle 3.4 and personally we are already "pushing it" by letting anything in *at all* at this point! :-)

Shouldn't this read "Alpha is for throwing *OUT* more code and beta is for fixing bugs introduced by it" now?! ;-)
So true! :-)
