The HtmlViewer project on squeaksource does a reasonable job at layout - it passes acid 1 - but there are a lot of features missing yet. The author intends to continue working on it and I intend to help him.

We've been using some CSS for UI layout in Sophie. Seems to work reasonably but decent integration would be useful. Having text files sitting around is not a good solution in my mind.
