When I tried looking at http://squeaksource.com a short time ago, I got a 502 Bad Gateway. I tried connecting to the image via VNC, no luck, and the image is now down.
It looks like the image itself has grown in size by a factor of 10 in recent days or weeks, and is now failing with out of memory. I do not know the cause.
At this point, supervise is apparently unable to restart the image due to the out of memory condition.
I will try to download a copy of the image and see if I can get it to load locally on my PC.

CC the board list.
I don't think I know how to fix this one.
I have downloaded a copy of the squeaksource.5.image and can run it on my local PC, but I have not been able to break out of the error that is running the image out of memory.
The only clue I see is an open error dialog with "Error: DirectoryEntry cannot have varia" as its label, but I cannot expand the dialog to see the rest of the error message or the stack.
Complete wild guess here, but I know that we had an issue on source.squeak.org in which we had to update Monticello in order to deal with the new double word and half word class formats. Could it be that storing code with the new formats will not work on the old image?
Help or advice appreciated. I do not know how to fix this and I may not be able to dedicate a lot of time to figure it out :-(

Attaching a screen shot of the image immediately after starting it on my local PC, and before it runs out of memory and crashes. I am hoping that the error dialog may provide some clue?

I managed to expand the dialog window long enough to see the full error message, which is:
"Error: DirectoryEntry cannot have variable sized instances"

I have been working off line on the hung image (~squeaksourcecom/SqueakSource/squeaksource.5.image), and I am unable to break out of the error condition that is hanging the image.
The last previous good backup is in ~/SqueakSource/BACKUPS/ss-image-save-20161005.tgz, which was taken on October 5 at the time I brought up the system on Rackspace. Rackspace itself may have more recent backups.
I am going to try to bring the service back on line using that backup, which I will rename as squeaksource.6.image. I am not confident that this will work, because I suspect an underlying issue related to new class formats that the old image does not understand.
I am keeping notes in the ~squeaksource/README file.
