Hi Levente and all, I received this email from someone today. Can you think of any reason this would happen? I'm in the lists.squeakfoundation.org admin page -- since he's not a member, nothing in the "Membership Management" would allow me to filter these confirmation's. Nothing in the "Auto-responder" looked like it could help.. regarding dns mirror

Dear all, I two times volunteered to mirror the Squeak DNS records. However, after some deeper investigation, it would be a bit bothersome at this point in time to incorporate the Squeak DNS records into my existing infrastructure. Please allow me to postpone this undertaking. Best -Tobias

The mantis bug tracker is back on line. It still requires a manual restart of the mysql database, so that issue remains to be addressed. Details on squeak.slack.com and in /root/admin-log.txt on box4. Dave

DNS server down

Hi All, There are currently two DNS servers for squeak.org. One of them (the master) is hosted on box2, and it's working fine. But the other one is down, and we have no direct control over it. This may affect all of our services (slower access, or even temporary outages). It would be good to find out who is hosting it. name: b.ns.squeakfoundation.org address: 69.72.148.198 Levente

Possible mailman problem

I am getting an error message when trying to access the list info pages for our mailing lists. For example the vm-dev info page: http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/vm-dev Gives me the following error page: We're sorry, we hit a bug! Mailman experienced a very low level failure and could not even generate a useful traceback for you. Please report this to the Mailman administrator at this site. I am not very familiar with mail administration, so I don't know what this means. Hopefully this message will be delivered and someone can take a look at it. Thanks, Dave
