Hey,
just a notice that I saw like 5..8 bounces for vm-dev posts because Microsoft (office.com/live.com/outlook.com etc) decides our mailer is spam-banned. I try to clear that up but nothing promised ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Hi Tobias,
Did you follow these steps to get the IP address removed from the blacklist? https://technet.microsoft.com/library/mt661881(v=exchg.150).aspx

Yes.
When our mail server makes an outbound TCP connection to Microsoft, and Microsoft uses getpeername() to determine the IP address of our mail server, what IP address will they see? I am assuming that it would be 162.242.237.43, is that right?

$ host 162.242.237.43 43.237.242.162.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer mail.squeak.org.
and yes :)
I can only guess that, since we fall in a broad range of Rackspace IPs, some of their tenants acted spammy in the past and MS just blocked a whole block, us being a collateral damage..
