This seems to be a common problem with many such systems (see below). Does anyone know if Hetzner Online supports this kind of "server delegation" feature?
I submitted a support ticket to Hetzner about the issue of being unable to "delegate" the right to do support requests. Their answer, while it seems helpful on the surface, reiterates the problem:

you can create a seperate Admin Login for each server. With this login you only have access to the server. You can not access "Master data", "Invoices", "Orders", "Support-Requests" etc.
So, it doesn't seem to be a way to create an account that can't control billing, creating of new servers, etc. that can also submit support requests. :-/
