Excuse me? I'm confused. This sounds like some sort of 'final warning' but it's the first I've seen of any complaints.
Also there is no information in this complaint at all, no explanation as to what sort of 'abuse' has been alleged.
I logged into the Hetzner 'Robot' system and I don't see any requests/tickets of any kind there.
So I have no idea what this is about.

Dear Mr Marcus Denker,
As you could not solve the problem within the given time or the maximum number of tests, the ticket will be forwarded for manual testing to our technician who coordinate further proceeding.
If we have received many complaints the situation can be lead to a server blocking.
Important note: When you reply to us, please leave the abuse ID [AbuseID:02447C:17] unchanged in the subject line.

I've checked around on the system and even had Giovanni Corriga look at the process list to see if anything looks suspicious and neither of us can find any suspicious process running.
After reading through this email repeatedly I caught the reference to SpamCop. So I checked there but they do not have us listed. So I still have no idea what this is about.

Amazingly enough, some people think "mark this as spam" is identical to "get me off this mailing list that I'm no longer interested in".
The problem is, as far as they're concerned, it works, so they get positive reinforcement.
But for the anti-spam community, this triggers false positives, and makes honest "deliverability experts" cringe.
(I have to add "honest" there, because spammers generally pose as that as well.)
