As far as I'm aware this no deletion of pages on Swiki, the concept simply does not exist. The general procedure is as Andrew has done to mark it for recycling at which point hopefully someone will reuse it for some other purpose.
I checked the Google Cache and for now the cache still show's Brian's information but it does not show any links other then for Virginia Tech. And as far as I can tell there is no longer an entry for the old minnow URL.
I think this is the best we can do.

I hope this can be handled, as it is not a routine request. Thank you.

Hi Matthew
I received the mail below last night, I'm not sure if there's any official procedure in such cases so I've popped the page in the recycleMe queue for the moment.

Dear Mr. Lawson,
Several years ago, I created a page on the Squeak Wiki titled Brian Sutton (http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/508). I would like to delete this page now, but it is locked. I would very much appreciate your help in deleting it.
Last January, someone (presumably a bot) added some NSFW links to the end of the page. The maintainers of the Wiki promptly reverted the change, which I greatly appreciate, but those NSFW links are still associated with my name in Google. I would like to permanently delete page 508.
Thank you for your help!
Brian

Hi Ken,
you can correct the current version and manually delete the history (508.old) and that'll delete it. BTW, the history should not be indexed by Google anyway.
Peace and Luck!
Jeff
