You need to be talking to the webteam, not me. Like any other team they have a mailing list and I recommend that you join it and start a discussion there.

Ken,
I am not yet ready to make a commitment, but I want to investigate how much effort it will require to get the Squeak website to Pier.
The idea is to do the following:
- Fix the most glaring errors on the site as it stands right now.
- Upgrade the backend to Pier, keeping the current look or using a
Pier default it its not too bad.
- Invest in a new look and feel.
Or, as Randal puts it:
rule 1 - stop telling lies rule 2 - tell better truths rule 3 - tell it pretty rule 4 - add new content
I will be doing Squeak/Seaside as my day job from May onwards, so I can justify the time expenditure :-)
If I decide to do the Pier conversion, I will want to stay on as an active Web Team member - not as leader. Brad or Brian is better suited for that.
What I need from you, if you are willing:
- Something to start playing with locally, possibly the current image?
- Names of the people who I can ask questions of, basically the Web
Team members?
