I'm between meetings, but setting an ipchains input filter should do the trick. However, I don't know how to work with IPV6 addresses in ipchains... someone can RTFM?

...it fills up MaxClients when started in 3 seconds. I restarted the wwwtest squeak image (which was on port 7779) and had apache down. This eventually cleaned up sockets so netstat looked clean. But when restarting apache the above still happens. Who is that and what do we do to block?
