I am the head of the 3.10 release team. I need to be able to write to the new 310 directory so we can start making releases. Edgar is also on the team, and also needs to have permission to write to it. I have a regular squeaksource account, where my initials are rej.
I have ftp access to the updates directory in ftp.squeak.org.
I probably need access to the "inbox" directory on source.squeakfoundation.org. I want to archive all the old stuff and then will need to read the new stuff.
I think that is all we need to start making releases.
Thanks!

First of all, be aware that source.squeakfoundation.org and squeaksource.com are completely seperate instances and don't directly share any data. So to do anything on the first you need to create an account there which can be done using 'Register Member'.
As far as getting access to the specific projects you should first contact the existing admins or creators and ask them to assist you (at least some of them should see this message so it may not be necessary). If you don't get any response that way, let me know and I will see what I can do.

Hello,
You need to make an account at http://source.squeakfoundation.org (this is different to squeaksource.com). There is a "Register member" link at the upper left.
The I (seemingly) can then add you as the admin of the 3.10 project.
I've added Edgar as a developer.
