A Cunning Plan, even...
We use the outage to move the lot.
Issue is: we have an unknown condition on our mailserver. I'm not going to reboot it until we have salvaged all customer-critical services (pop, imap, smtp). And that's going to be the earliest moment that we have squeak-dev (etcetera) up and running again.
What I can do - I'm a bit pressed for time but I should be able to get the job running - is rsync all relevant lists to box2, and then someone else needs to pick it up from there...

Hi Cees!
I may be mistaken but I think squeak-dev been down and out for quite a while now (not just the archive) - the last I have is one from the 26th. Do we have a plan? :)

I think it sounds like a fair plan! :)
Ken and I and the rest of the cunning willing box admins (?!) could probably get it up together I guess.

I've started an rsync of all the list data and archives to box2:/mm - now if someone could prepare a mailman install, and maybe check what needs to be done to upgrade from the version we've been running so far... (can't seem to discern a version number quickly but it was a version from 2003 as far as I can tell from the copyright header).
