Fix bug in genDynamicSuperSendBytecode. Anotate the send as IsNSSendCall. Fix bug in incrementUsageOfTargetIfLinkedSend:mcpc:ignored:. Use offsetAndSendTableFor:annotation:into: to get offset. Fix bug in remapNSIfObjectRef:pc:hasYoung:. Remap the mixin slot. Fix bug in methodClassOf:. Don't assume methodClassAssociation is non-nil. Move a few more interpreter/object memory methods into the <api>. Slang: When generating code for the interpreter or cogit also collect the api methods of the dual so that CCodeGenerator>>selectorReturnsPointerToStruct: can answer correctly for methods invoked in the api.

Cannot build Cog from the "blessed" repo at Gitorious

Hi, I am trying to buid Cog from scratch. I use a clone of the repo at https://gitorious.org/cogvm/blessed (I cloned it on July 1st, after the last push was recorded, so my clone is identical to the original). I executed buildImage.sh in codegen-scripts, and then generate.sh in the same location. The SLANG parts were fetched and sources generated. Cross compile window from mqc os using cmake.

Using CMake i cross compile the Windows VM (StackVM) from my mac. Just a CMakeFile to generate. For set the with the environment (using mingw32 in my case) and set the compiler (mingw32 compiler) just small fix and that will be easy to generate from the image. The stack work on my Window 7 pro x86 and 1.3 image.

Hi, Thanks Igor and Mariano. I synced my clone repo with blessed, and was able to build Cog via cmake (looks like I did not read one paragraph in Mariano's guide ;) I ran into the cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-mno-fused-madd" error while compiling the float math plugin. I use dima@slax:~/src/cogvm/dmg-blessed/build$ gcc --version gcc (GCC) 4.2.4 Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc. not very new but did not really have plans to upgrade it. I followed this discussion: http://forum.world.st/Failed-to-build-FloatMathPlugin-on-FreeBSD-td3346374.… commenting out the relevant line in FloatMathPlugin/CMakeLists.txt I see where it is coming from (class CPlatformConfig in CMakeVMMaker): configureFloatMathPlugin: maker "extra rules for FloatMathPlugin" .... "according to http://www.netlib.org/fdlibm/readme it should be compiled with no optimizations" maker addDefinitions: '-O0 -mno-fused-madd'. Thanks. -- Dimitry Golubovsky Anywhere on the Web
