compile linux64x64 newspeak.cog.spur with clang
Reason: there's been some problem showing recently with gcc stack handling
The newspeak boostrap failed with this error:
+/home/travis/build/OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm/products/nscogspur64linuxht/bin/nsvm -headless ns-2019-10-23.64.image NewspeakBootstrap.st
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Also remove the -fwrapv compilation flag.
It was once necessary, but we should not
The -fwrapv tells the compiler to assume that integer overflow will wrap instead of being undefined behavior.

Does anyone have a build for making a 64bit squeak VM that runs 32bit images?
I have one from July 8th 2010.
Was there any created over the years since? Say pre-cog etc?
People are migrating to Catalina and discovering they can't access their old images.

Since August 2019, i386 linux builds are broken in early stage while updating Pharo dependencies:
./scripts/ci/travis_install.sh
...snip...
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpango1.0-dev:i386 : Depends: libcairo2-dev:i386 (>= 1.12.10) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
The command "./scripts/ci/travis_install.sh" failed and exited with 100 during .
Your build has been stopped.
SO has some related Q&A:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/223237/unable-to-correct-problems-you-have-…
So we could try to ~~solve~~ workaround by using aptitude.
But IMO, Pharo dependencies SHOULD be updated.
