CogVM binaries as per VMMaker.oscog-eem.133/r2499. Tiny performance tweak to bytecodePrimMultiply. Added findStringBeginningWith: debugging facility. Fix yet another slip in Cogit>>lookup:for:methodAndErrorSelectorInto: for cannotInterpret: cases. Fixes Mariano's crash as of 2011/10/03. Add -numextsems command-line argument to set size of external semaphore table on start-up.
