soweit ich den Menschen von Debian verstanden habe, würden Sie es wohl in "non-us" packen, wenn die Export-Klausel bestehen bliebe. (Was ich zwar nicht ganz blicke, US-Export-Bestimmungen -> non-US ?)

Das heißt, wenn sie Squeak-Foundation die Indemnification übernimmt, könnte Squeak mit auf die Debian-CD?

Leider nicht ohne Mitarbeit von Apple. 'Indemnification' konnte noch uebernommen worden (z.B. vom Squeak Foundation), aber 'Export Law' ist wirklich ein Problem.
Alan Kay hat versprochen es mit Apple aufzunehmen. Er hat eine Chance, das durchzuziehen (nicht jedermann hat eine eigene dmoz-Kategorie ;-)).
