Hi Carlos,

we only release once a year normally (perhaps twice now to follow the Sugar release cycle). What you saw in the last month were "only" pre-releases (alpha, beta, and candidates). The final release will happen this week.

We are not using Scrum. We are only a group of volunteers with unpredictable time available. When we find time to fix bugs or work on a feature we do. We coordinate on the etoys-dev mailing list, our bug tracker, and sometimes on IRC.
