After joining the Confluence site, upon login, a new user is taken to a dashboard with no 'spaces' or instructions for adding one. Upon clicking a link like http://confluence.immuexa.com/display/sq/Development, an error appears, "The page you were trying to reach does not exist. You may want to try a search, or browse the site to find the page you were looking for."
Thank you, --Fred

Seems to work for me (but then, I'm not a new user). Note that the canonical url for the wiki is

Hi Fred,
both http://wiki.squeakland.org/display/sq/development and http://confluence.immuexa.com/display/sq/Development
worked for me. It does not seems like DNS server you use lost confluence.immuexa.com - perhaps a typo, or maybe the site was on some sort of maintenance - could you try again, and let us know?
But in any case, please bookmark the

I think it is partly my fault the site is known as http://confluence.immuexa.com - it appears in some of the wiki pages.
If anyone comes across http://confluence.immuexa.com please change to http://wiki.squeakland.org. I will try to weed it out too

Thanks Bert and Milan!
Timothy Falconer adjusted something that enabled the connection shortly after my first post.
The interface is sufficiently different from MediaWiki that I have some more exploring to do. Is there a wiki primer?
It seems that a new user does not get edit privileges. Is that by intent, or a startup problem I've experienced?

ok .. good. Hope you can access consistently now.
The interface is sufficiently different from MediaWiki that I have some more exploring to do. Is there a wiki primer?
If you are adding to or editing one of the pages, you can use "Rich Text" which as sort of a WISYWIG editor a bit annoying but OK. Or use "Wiki Markup" which has reasonable help on the right...

I think you need an account:
Let me know if you were not able to edit once you login...

I have an account at tracker.squeakland.org under the same name, email, different password.
I would like to edit in the wiki.squeakland.org. There, I seem to have read-only rights.
