Hello,
Maybe I missed something on the mailing list about that, but when I click on the "Help" button in the menu bar with the etoys-dev-4.0 image, I get an error message "not used anymore", thrown by "QuickGuideMorph initializeIndexPageFrom:". This doesn't occur with "etoys-4.0.image". Is it the expected behaviour?
Thanks! Séverin

Not quite expected, but not too surprising either. The dev image is not set up to display end-user help, so I would not expect the help button to work.

Do you mean the image from http://etoys.laptop.org/rpms/etoys-4.0.2201-1.noarch.rpm?
I have a different experience, while clicking 'Help' shows the help frame, clicking on any help item causes
"Error: subscript is out of bounds: 1"
In GzipReadStream(InflateStream)>>nextByte
Is that hwat you are getting or am I misunderstanding?

Works fine for me on Fedora 10 when I install that rpm and run "etoys" from the cmd line.

I am sorry for the confusion. For some reason all files in the QuickGuides directory were zero size after I extracted the archive. Everything is fine after I extracted again,
