Folks,
We are making a new major version; V4.0. This is the version that contains no code that is covered (only) by the Squeak License. In the other words, V4.0 is fully-relicensed.
Please download the following image for the further development:
http://tinlizzie.org/olpc/etoys-dev-4.0.zip
It contains the new .sources and .changes. Some classes and methods are gone, and some methods did change its behavior. There may be some unknown issues, but in general, it is not degraded so badly. Please help us finding and fixing problems.
Soon, Michael Rueger will push the initial updates to the update stream and further take on the role of managing updates.
Thank you!

Yoshiki,
(though I don't know if you the right guy to ask about this...)
If I want to make something toward OLPC's 8.2.1 / 9.1 release, is this the right image to work on?

For 8.2.1, the issue is not entirely clear. We probably will end up with smaller changes for it. But in the mean time, this image can get in Fedora repository for example, and that would make the transition easier.
For 9.1, hopefully it will be based on the V4.

Thank you. Is this the version which will go into 9.x?
Bug #7636 is marked fixed but I still see two Text morphs in PlugIn Supplies flap.

I hope so. From another email:

Ah, because the flap wasn't rebuilt. Once the release builder do it is executed, it should be ok.

If usePango is turned off, the labels for "browse" and other buttons in the System Browser are clipped off. If close and restart the browser, the labels are rendered properly. Some update after #2141 but before #2159 is causing it.
Anyone else seen this? .. Subbu
