A couple of observations, I have not looked at Trac:
Script name edit is has skewed layout, same for morph name
Click on Supplies button and then on Paint button the Supplies flap does not collapse

do you mean this: - bring halo on a morph - click on the name on bottom, so it highlights the text - the highlight is off (not highlighting part of the last letter in the text) ?

Yes, the same happens when renaming a script.

Another issue is Viewer flaptabs do not alway stay on top of scripteditors. Viewer flaptabs cover eachother
String content in Viewers should be trimmed shorter so Viewers don't cover the whole screen.

I lost my trac login. i'll look for it later, and add the issues if noone beats me to it. seems the morph and script name issue is solved.
