How does one find out what is in Etoys?
Excellent question. I have no idea how to do that systematically. It's like a medieval castle remodeled again and again into a baroque palace with a thousand hidden rooms. I'm using Squeak for 10+ years now and still find things I didn't know existed. It's that deep.
From my list of "ideas without time to explore"... "Ask MoM!", a search
facility combining keywords, synonyms and verbs that returns example Morphs (or combinations of). "MoM" stands for "Morph-on-Morphs". To begin with it could be as simple as a dictionary look-up but could be easily extended to trigger "event-movies". This would fill the gap between the many good example Etoys projects already existing and the beginners dilemma of not knowing where to start and/or how to search for solutions to basic tasks.
Sorry if slightly off-topic, also no time to play with new version to discover favourite features ;-)
