eToys strings for review and completion

Dear Colleagues, I checked in with Bert Freudenberg and synchronized the Pootle Template with the eToys SVN and updated all language projects. This means that there are now strings in every language that need completion, review and commit. Language teams please complete the strings, lang admins, please review and commit all of the eToys PO files so that the correct strings are available for the OLPC 11.2.0 build. http://translate.sugarlabs.org/projects/etoys_new/ There are a number of smallish changes in strings like: "... value of my color from 0 to 100 as float" >>> "...value of my color from 0 to 100" "add search pane" >>> "add a search pane" Some strings may not require any changes in the localized version as they merely correct typos or whitespace errors in the English source string. These will however be marked as fuzzy by the Template update process, so unflag them as fuzzy. eToys devs, I'm not sure if you will need to do a version bump to incorporate the new L10n files, please coordinate with Daniel Drake so that he gets the best possible build set for 11.2.0.
