Steve put this on JIRA yesterday, so I guess etoys-dev is the best place to discuss it.

From a usability point of view, this makes sense to me. Otherwise it

becomes more of a chore than it ought to be to translate (say) a Spanish project to English.

Would Steve's suggestion cause problems for the translation team or the translation infrastructure?
