This works on 4.1. The last verison, #6, was a change Ian made at my request. RFB no longer works on Squeak - 4.2 or 4.3. Levente said something about a global being changed or something. I don't think we have RFB at the moment.

We're using RFB and Trunk images every day, so we have a working version. It has some other changes too (like clipboard support). If there's demand, I'll upload it somewhere.
