Hello I have a problem for running seaside I'm using the latest Squeak release and the latest Commanche release and almost all examples don't work. I tried store and the first example on the the tutorial : there are ok. For the others, the same error :
MessageNotUnderstood: and:and:
* MessageNotUnderstood(Exception)>>signal self a MessageNotUnderstood result nil * False(Object)>>doesNotUnderstand: self false aMessage a Message with selector: #and:and: and arguments: #([] in IAVisibleRepeat class>>acceptNode: [] in I...etc... * IAVisibleRepeat class>>acceptNode: self IAVisibleRepeat aNode an IAParserNode tokens an OrderedCollection('reload') * IAVisibleRepeat class(IAElement class)>>findClassForNode: self IAVisibleRepeat aNode an IAParserNode subclass nil tagClass nil * [] in IARepeat class(IAElement class)>>findClassForNode: self IARepeat aNode an IAParserNode subclass IAVisibleRepeat tagClass nil * Array(SequenceableCollection)>>do: self #(IAVisibleRepeat) aBlock [] in IARepeat class(IAElement class)>>findClassForNode: index 1 indexLimiT 1 ... and so one
Another question : Is seaside under GPL Licence ?
Regards
Hi
I am having the same troubles. I get this on the config and the minesweeper example. I am using Squeak3.1 beta and Kom4.9. What are the version requirements for running Seaside.
The architecture looks GREAT! I can't wait to use it.
Thanks, Wilkes

After using it with PWS (no problems) I tried kom4.10 (http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/swiki/uploads/9/kom410-base.04Jul1856.cs).
Minesweeper and config are working. Maybe it needs 4.10?
Cheers

Seaside has been tested under 3.2gamma. I think #and:and: was added fairly recently, so if you're using 3.1, you can apply the attached change set and stuff should be ok. Sorry about that.

I have also now posted a seaside-0.91.cs that includes the needed #and:and: and #and:and:and: methods. I think this should file in fine under any Squeak 3.x - can anybody confirm?

Squeak is released under the SqueakL. I guess we should mention that somewhere... :-)
Of course what he means is *Seaside* is released under the SqueakL :) Obviously Squeak is...

Or is it that Squeak is released under the SeasideL? ;-) Sigh. Thanks, J.
