Hi all!
Sorry for the totally newbie questions, but I was unable to easily find them:
1) How can I deploy a web application to my customers? They need to download some kind of "runtime engine" or "plugin", or just the browser is enough?
2) What about if I need to connect to a PostgreSQL database?
Thank you. Best regards.
Hi, excuse me, for my english.

No.
- What about if I need to connect to a PostgreSQL database?
The conection is at ODBC layer, from Squeak or VW (we are using VW, Seaside and PostgreSQL). You need connect to database from any framework, but it's transparent to Seaside.
Bye, Facundo.

All they need is a browser.

Squeak has drivers for Postgres or, as Facundo points out, ODBC. None of that is handled directly by seaside: you just need to write your database code appropriately.
