It is a Google Doc we can all work on if you think we should share it with the developer community we can add folks and can also consider making it publicly viewable and editable only upon invitation.

Yes, I think this should be public. Can you send it to the squeakland list and ask everyone to comment?
Would wiki.squeakland.org be a good place where the whole community can work on it?

David, Do you mean the Jira bug tracker? I agree. I think all of these reports should be in one place, since Jira is where we are, it should be Jira. It is hard to keep up with multiple lists where duplications of efforts can occur. We could discuss this at the ed meeting today at 11:30. Rita can add you to the Skype call if you want to join. Regards, Kathleen

No, wiki.squeakland.org isn't the Jira bug tracker. The bug trcker should be used for reporting bugs only. It's not for discussions or any other documents etc.

I tried to edit something on the wiki and got "Invalid reply from server" dialog three times before it let me edit.
To me it doesn't matter where as long as its stable open and provides ease of editing. A Google Spreadsheet with its chat features provides a good mechanism, the only potential flow is there may not be a revision history (which is the advantage of the Wiki).

Did you use safari on a mac? This happens all the time ... With firefox, it is better.

The new version of google docs supports revisions.
