When clicking the button to add a new TestTile the ScriptEditor is unresponsive to place the TestTile because the tile newer signaled a mouseEnter to the ScriptEditor. This is a fix for that.

Thank you for this fix! This clears up a long-standing glitch in the UI of tile-scripting.
The fix will be included in the next batch of Squeakland updates.
