Hello,
The schedule of the "summer" release seems to be pushed to September, but we're making beta in the mean time. And, there is a new beta installer for Windows:

It contains the new VM, which most notably allows the user to see the Quick Guide contents even after loading a project from a server and security sand boxing is enabled. Also, the image updated with some bug fixes.

you can find other beta versions.
Please give them a try and let us know if you find some problems.
