No, it's still Morphic, though it looks a bit different.

There are no current development efforts towards a Tweak-based Etoys.

Development recently moved from payed developers at VPRI to a community effort guided by the Squeakland Foundation. The Morphic- based Etoys is continually being improved. The look has changed from what it was like two years ago mainly to accommodate the OLPC XO screen.

There will be a new Etoys release this summer, and we will start putting out beta-releases soon. Help in developing or testing is welcome :)
